Compact flash to IDE |  | 

Use a standard Compact Flash cart as a harddrive for your laptop, computer or embedded system with a Compact Flash to IDE adapter ( CF2IDE ).
You can connect them to any computer, mainboard or embedded system through the standard IDE port. They are silent, use not much energy and are suitable for any operating system. They have a selectable master or slave setting so you can use them alone or in combination with a standard harddrive.
Bootable and compatible with Compact Flash type I, II and microdrive.
IDE2CF adapters are transparent to the operating system and does nor require any drivers. With these adapters the host Pc will will identify the inserted compact flash cart as a standard IDE harddrive (with cylinders, heads and sectors). As such you can install any operating system and the CF cart will be bootable.
